Since 2004 I suffered with neuritis and it was misdiagnosed for gout, I was living off anti inflammatory’s for a very long time, in 2006 when I started working it just got worse, every doctor and podiatrist I went to consistently misdiagnosed my condition for gout. Around 2007 It got even worse and became tarsal tunnel syndrome, during this time I also started working out at the gym and eating healthier to counter the effects of the supposed “gout”. Eventually I went to the podiatrist at the place where I worked and he picked up that I had neuritis. He made insteps for me to support my arch, however this made the tarsal tunnel syndrome worse which nobody picked up at all so again the doctors and specialists diagnosed it as “gout”.

Clean your hands and the area to be treated – You should always clean the area to which you plan to apply it, just in case there is some harmful substance on your skin with a molecule small enough to go through with this solvent. Note that only those substances that could penetrate by themselves if left on the skin long enough can be transported through (more quickly) by dimethyl sulfoxide. Bacteria and viruses are too large and thus are not able to pass through, and bacteria cannot grow in dimethyl sulfoxide of 25 percent strength or more.

Back in 2012 when I started looking for information on DMSO, there was a limited number of resources and very few people and practitioners were aware of the product and its benefits, however the great news is that due to DMSO’s growing popularity based on the benefits it can possibly offer, more and more practitioners have now published books on their studies, uses and outcomes of DMSO on the various conditions that it can treat.
